Joint Commissioning Service for Po'okela Church with PCUSA and UCC

On Sunday, February 22, at Po'okela Church in Makawao (Maui) the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and United Church of Christ came together to commission Po'okela Church as an official volunteer housing site supporting volunteers traveling to Maui to rebuild, restore the land, and renew communities.
This special service included prayer, blessings, and a celebration of faithful partnership as the church committed to healing, hospitality, and hope.
