Resolutions in Action

See how the Hawai‘i Conference UCC is acting on the resolutions affirmed by the ‘Aha Pae‘āina and wider church. Resolutions are often specific ways we can live out our mission: Sent forth by the Spirit, we walk humbly in Christ’s footsteps pursuing peace, justice, and the renewal of all creation.

A Formal Motion or Resolution is an expression of or call to action on a moral, ethical, or religious matter of concern to the church, community, nation, or world. Resolutions may also be celebratory or congratulatory in nature.
