‘Iao UCC on Maui celebrated 130 years on Sunday, April 27, 2025, as well as installed Lauren Buck Medeiros as pastor! The installation service was held at 4 p.m. with a potluck reception to follow.

Wow, 130 years is an incredible milestone for ‘Iao UCC! That’s such a rich history and testament to their community. Congratulations to them on the anniversary. And a huge congratulations to Lauren Buck Medeiros on being installed as pastor! What a wonderful honor and a new chapter for both her and the church. I can only imagine the excitement and joy felt throughout the congregation on that day. I'm curious, did they have any special events planned to commemorate such a significant anniversary beyond the service and potluck?
