Hawai'i Island Association gathers for Fall ‘Aha Mokupuni

On Saturday, November 1st, leadership from nine congregations gathered for the Fall 'Aha Mokupuni of the Hawai'i Island Association United Church of Christ at Hilo Coast UCC! In addition to wonderful fellowship and worship, a good business session, excellent professional development by Toni Bissen from the Pu'a Foundation, and great food, the association adopted a resolution "Hope for Helani," elected a new vice-president, Pat Dunham, from Hokuloa UCC, and a new West Hawai‘i Representative, Alicia 'Ilikea Kam, from Helani Congregational Church.
