Haili Church Kahu Offers Invocation for Inauguration

Brian Welsh, Kahu of Haili Congregational Church on Hawai'i Island, was asked to offer the invocation for the Hawai'i County Inauguration ceremony for the new Mayor and Council members on December 7. Tim Wright took this picture of the event. Brian also wanted to thank Eric Anderson, Pastor of Church of the Holy Cross in Hilo, for the use of his stole and Brian's daughter, Bethany Andersen, who made his mask and a few thousand others during this pandemic to help the community.
