Why & How: Completing the UCC Yearbook Forms
The United Church of Christ Yearbook and Directory provides statistics as reported by local churches and conferences of the UCC. In addition, the Yearbook serves as an organizational directory including the various offices and persons elected by the General Synod to constitute the United Church of Christ Board of Directors.

Church Yearbook Instructions for submitting information have been mailed to churches.
The deadline to submit information is March 3, 2021.
