Scholarships Available through WBM

Reverend "Mother" Alice Rosehill Kahokuoluna

(1888 –1957)

The Mother Alice Fund was established by the Woman's Board of Missions many years ago to assist women in the Hawai‘i Conference who are pursuing ordained ministry.

To qualify for a gift from the Mother Alice Fund, a woman must be a member of a local United Church of Christ congregation and be a "Member in Discernment" of a local United Church of Christ "Association."

Contributions to the Mother Alice Fund are always welcome.

Please make your check payable to the Woman's Board of Missions and write "Mother Alice Fund" on the memo line of your check.

The Edith H. Wolfe Memorial Scholarship Fund supports the educational purposes of women and children throughout the Pacific, especially but not exclusive to those of Hawaiian lineage.  The scholarship is open to all women with a high school diploma or GED pursuing higher education.
