Preventing Gun Violence in Hawai‘i with Erica Yamauchi of Moms Demand Action
Erica Yamauchi is a volunteer with the Hawai‘i Chapter of Moms Demand Action which is the largest US grassroots movement to prevent gun violence. They advocate for stronger laws and policies to reduce gun violence and work within communities to create a culture of gun safety. Erica was invited to dialogue with us during a 1st Wednesday Conversation as part of the Hawai‘i Conference living into the resolution of witness approved at the 2022 ‘Aha Pae‘āina, “On Becoming a Church Against Gun Violence."
