Hawai‘i Island Association
PURPOSE
-
To express the oneness in Christ of the churches comprising it.

To assist with the effectiveness of their Christian witness and service.

To determine, certify, and confer the standing of churches.

To determine, certify, and confer the standing of ministers.

To exercise the powers and perform the functions of an ecclesiastical council on request of a church or other parties.
-
To prayerfully support and relate to the Hawai'i Conference of the United Church of Christ and the United Church of Christ.
