Ahlan wa Sahlan: Welcome! Advent Stories for Children is a curriculum designed to help children connect the Christmas stories in the Bible to real children who live in those places today. See how they find meaning in the stories from the Bible that happened in their hometowns!
Stories, songs and ideas for worship services (from World Council of Churches):
Worship material has been prepared in different regions of the world, including two booklets with worship outlines for the four Sundays of Advent, meditations, stories and songs on peace.
Advent-Christmas devotional booklet (from UCC Minister Kathryn Schreiber):
"Advent-Christmas: Creation Awaits Christ Devotional Booklet" contains a devotional for each week of Advent and one for Christmas; it includes chants, candle lighting prayers, readings, invitations to reflect, pray, and set a spiritual intention, as well as a closing blessing.

Ewa Community Church (91-1258 Renton Road, Ewa) will offer a Blue Christmas Worship Service on Thursday, December 20, at 6 p.m.

Central Union Church (1660 South Beretania Street, Honolulu), in joint collaboration with Church of the Crossroads, First Unitarian Church of Honolulu, Institute for Human Services (IHS), Kailua United Methodist Church, and Manoa Valley Church, will host Blue Christmas: A Service of Reflection for the Longest Night, on Friday, December 21, at 6:30 p.m. in their Atherton Memorial Chapel.

Kawaiaha'o Church (957 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu) will host their 'Ohana Christmas Free Family Fun Fair on Friday, December 21 and Saturday, December 22, from 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., on both days. There will be a free Christmas dinner to the first 500 guests, a youth talent show with monetary awards, a Christmas drama with audience singing, poi making, games, arts and crafts, and much more. Nu'uanu Congregational Church (2651 Pali Highway, Honolulu) will host its annual Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on Monday, December 24 at 7 p.m. Come and celebrate the birth of Christ as they read lessons, sing carols, and enjoy special music by A Touch of Brass and the Chancel Choir.
